WEEK 3 : How plastic-free are you?

Old habits die hard, we get it.

It’s easy to slip into habits whereby our behaviors become automatic and we become used to adopting certain attitudes, regardless of how healthy they are. Due to this, habits can be very challenging to break. We enjoy following them as they are efficient - once formed, they don’t take up any mental capacity, meaning we do not waste time & energy thinking about what we should do. Often, the idea of replacing habits with others can be challenging because it doesn’t initially appear as easy to do & requires practice.
